Lemon Balm Tincture
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup fresh lemon balm leaves
  • 2 cups high-proof alcohol (e.g., vodka or grain alcohol)

INSTRUCTIONS
Place the fresh lemon balm leaves in a glass jar and pour the alcohol  over them. Seal the jar tightly and gently shake to combine. Store in a  cool, dark place for 4-6 weeks, shaking occasionally. Once the steeping  period is over, strain the tincture, squeezing the leaves to extract all  the liquid. Transfer the tincture to a dark glass dropper bottle, label  it, and store in a cool place.
