Semi-Sweet/Medium Show Mead
INGREDIENTS
  • 3-4 lbs honey
  • 1 gallon water
  • 10-12 raisins
  • 1 packet sweet wine yeast
  • 1 tsp yeast nutrient

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat 1/2 gallon of the water and add the honey.  Stir to dissolve and add to a sterilized 1 gallon fermenter.  Add the raisins and nutrients.  Finish filling the fermenter with the remaining water until it's full to the neck.  Let it cool if necessary and add the packet of yeast.

NOTES
