Pepper Tequila
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 serrano chile pepper, stemmed, quartered lengthwise and seeded
  • 1 jalapeno chile pepper, stemmed, quartered lengthwise and seeded
  • 1 red chile pepper, stemmed, quartered lengthwise and seeded
  • 1 liter good quality silver tequila

INSTRUCTIONS
Place the peppers into a large glass container, add the tequila, and cap tightly.  Let stand at room temperature for 2 days, shaking gently occasionally.  Strain the tequila back into the original bottle.  Cap tightly, label, and refrigerate until needed.

NOTES
The hottest thing to hit tequila since the worm.  This is a spicy flavor infused tequila that is perfect for a Bloody Maria
