Classic Tequila Shot
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz silver tequila
- Lime wedge
- Kosher salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the tequila into a chilled shot glass. Rub the area between the thumb and forefinger with lime wedge to moisten the skin. Sprinkle salt on the moistened area. Lick the salt, then quickly gulp the tequila, and bite the lime wedge.
