Brooklyn
INGREDIENTS
- ½ oz French Vermouth
- 1½ oz whiskey
- 1 dash Maraschino
- 1 dash Amer Picon
INSTRUCTIONS
Stir with large cubes of ice. If you do not have Amer Picon you can substitute Angostura
NOTES
This cocktail is supposed to be a specialty of the grand old Brooklyn hotel, the St. George. The Silver Bronx is sometimes mistakenly called the Brooklyn, you can see that recipe here.
