Bloody Mary
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 4 oz tomato juice
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz pickle juice (or olive juice)
  • ¼ teaspoon horseradish (freshly grated if possible)
  • 2 to 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 2 to 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedge
  • Celery stick

INSTRUCTIONS
Add ingredients to a shaker full of ice and shake vigorously.  Strain into a highball glass.  Squeeze the lemon wedge over the drink and drop it in.  Garnish with celery sticks or other ingredients (like olives, bacon, etc...).  For me, the pickle juice and horseradish really set off the drink.
